I have received a request for information on a homemade radio set used
in Burma by kaachin tribesman. Does anyone have any information on this
set?

Thanks,

the OSS101 folk to DC. (But not after a picture was taken in the jungle
of someone plugging the radio into a tree labeled "110V Tree")

CW transmitter that was deigned by the OSS and operated by the Kachin
tribesmen in Burma during the campaign.

If I can't find a surviving radio, might you know of a source for a
picture of one or a surviving schematic? The goal is to build a
reproduction with original vintage components, to be donated to the CIA
Museum OSS section.
