Just about any kind of out of print book is most economically and
readily found at Advanced Book Exchange, a master website for any
bookseller that is on the web that wants to be included, and many do.
Another good one is Addall (might have a different pattern of d and l -
can’t ever remember if there is one or two). Search at Google.com under
those. These places are where Barnes and Noble find out of print books
for you and add on to the price. But anyone can buy them directly
through these amazing search engines for old books, often at very
reasonable prices.
