[Hallicrafters] S-40A

Hello all;
I have been trying to get the Operating Service Manual for the Hallicrafters S-40A on the BAMA site   but to no avail    
The page just comes up  empty .....

Can anyone one out there provide me with an e-mail file that I might be able to download?
