[Hallicrafters] Grab A Raft, Join Sunday HCI Net

They say that April showers bring May flowers. If it continues to rain here in
Michigan much longer, I will be needing Ark construction plans. Got to take
those boat anchors aboard two by two, right? I don't want to say that it was a
gloomy Saturday, but I did see a Robin wearing a ski mask trying to rob the worm
farm at a local bait shop!	
	
Please join the flotilla for the HCI Sunday 20 meter Net on April 28th. It will
begin with the pre-Net at 12:45 PM EDT, (1645 UTC) with Frogzilla singing a few
bars of 'Anchors Away'. It might be the perfect day to discuss how to use that
excess to your needs boat anchor, to anchor your house! The Net proper will
begin at 1:15 PM EDT, (1715 UTC). So float on by and join the log jam for some
Hallicrafters, and their vacuum tube cousins, fun, facts and maps of where the
USS Forrestal dumped those Collins R-390a's in the Caribbean about 1988.  	
	
The frequency will be 14.293 Mhz usb +/- for key clicks, mike splatter and the
sound of my sump pump sucking up H2O and spitting it out through a drainage pipe
that just happens to spew the water into my neighbor's dog pen. Although he has
lost several Poodles too dumb to tread water, the Labrador Retriever loves it!  
 	
	
Have the states of NY, CT, IL, IA and NV been sold in a stock merger? Have not
heard from them in some time. 		
	
I hope to hear many of you tomorrow. So warm up those things that still go glow
in the dark, load up the white water rapids raft and float on into the HCI 20
meter Net. Hear you there.
