[Hallicrafters] Instructions wanted for Model 77 Bach Simpson Modulation Indicator

Hey Gang!

    I acquired a Bach Simpson Model 77 Wavemeter/Modulation Indicator.  Need
instruction manual in the use of.  I have figured out the wavemeter part,
but haven't a clue as to the Modulation Indicator - Which is the main reason
for getting it.
