[Hallicrafters] SX-71 Glass window gaskets?

Hi
When I pull the front on this SX-71 I can already see that I'll probably
have to replace the gaskets or cushions around the glass windows.  These are
all poking out in dis-array.  Any ideas on a good material to use?
