[Hallicrafters] SX-71 chassis restoration, Naval Jelly question

I've just completed restoration on my HQ-170. It was completely
covered with light rust. I used Klean-Strip Rust Remover available
at Wal-Mart. This is washed off with water. Afterwards, I polished
the chassis with "Never Dull". I was very pleased with the results.

The problem with using a Dremel tool with brushes is that it
will scratch the chassis.
