[GVARC] GVARC 2004 Field Day Participation (resend)

Hi all,

Here is the list of participants for this year's GVARC 2004 Field Day and the days I think they will be there.  Please let me know if there are any errors.  

I want to schedule specific individual participation so please help me by letting me know when you'll be there. 

If you aren't on the list and want to be please let me know ASAP with the dates and times of your participation.

Also, the attached release form will need to be signed before you can participate.

       ------ RELEASE OF LIABILITY ------

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Garlic Valley Amateur Radio Club Field Day event on Friday June 25 through Sunday June 27th 2004, I hereby release, hold harmless and indemnify Larry and Marti Selman, the owners of the property where the event is being held, their parents, heirs, agents, successors and assigns, (collectively the "Releasees") from any and all present and future claims, demands, damages, expenses, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, unless such action is the result of negligence on the part of the Releasees and from any and all liability for any loss or personal injury of any kind, nature, or description, including death that may arise or be sustained by me, during or related to my participation in this event, except as noted above under the conditions of negligence as described. This release shall be binding upon my heirs, administrators, executors and assigns. 

I have read and understand this Release of Liability and acknowledge that this release is being relied on by the Selman family in permitting me to voluntarily participate in the GVARC Field Day on Friday June 25 through Sunday June 27th, 2004.
