Hi all!

I'm very happy to announce that we have a new Section Emergency Coordinator
in SCV. He is Larry Carr KE6AGJ. Larry has set an extremely high standard as
DEC/RACES RO/ACS coordinator in Santa Clara county. We're looking forward to
even better things with Larry as SEC.

More info on the fires follows. As far as I know, we have not yet received a
mutual aid request via state OES. I know that Larry is already working this
issue.
