Folks,
I would be interested in knowing details of required kites to fly wire
antennas into the air. How large a kite? How to attach antenna to string,
how strong of string, what kind of coax? maybe a long wire only to a tuner
and attached to string? Maybe RG 174 coax for weight savings?
There is an opportunity to do this at a public event in Marina, the annual
festival of winds, May 10 and 11. Anyone who wishes, can come to do this,
and add to our ham radio planned exhibit.
