[GVARC] Emergency Preparedness Courses

Hello to all interested hams,
 
     It should have been noted somewhere that in order to participate in the EC-002 ARECC Level 2 course, you have to have sucessfully passed the EC-001 ARECC Level 1 course.  Unfortunately all of the spots for the Level 1class are filled until around October.  Hope this helps a little.
