Subject: EC: XSC-02-08 Shift needs.

The positions are:
Saturday	0730-1130
                1100-1500
		1430-1830
Sunday 0730-1130
		1100-1500
		1430-1830
Monday 0730-1130
		1100-1500
		1430-1830
Tuesday 0730-1130
		1100-1500
		1430-1830

The locations are: 2 net control operators at Santa
Clara County EOC, located at the Sheriff Building 55 W.
Younger

2 net control operators at the SJ Red Cross

1 Base operator at Morgan Hill, at the park, the fire
base command.

As you can see, there are 60 person-shift positions
above to staff!

In addition, there is a need for mobile operators,
0800-1700 Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, for 3
positions. These hams will meet at Live Oak High
School, Gilroy, and be dispatched with Red Cross
personnel, cruising through the fire zone, making
observations and reporting.

These mobile staffings total 9 person long-shifts.

We really need help in getting these positions filled.

As of 21:40 Friday we have filled the first two shifts
on Saturday. We have openings for Red Cross net control
positions on 3rd shift Saturday.

Other days still have positions available all shifts
all jobs.

Please keep calling folks. This NOT a drill.
