Dear GVARC members,

If you would like to participate in this effort contact Larry Carr or Scott
Hensley.
146.115 is tough to reach from south county but you can contact Scott by
phone.
If you have not had experience running a net I advise that you do not
volunteer for that assignment.
Base Camp Shadow involves being personally near by an individual and
permitting communication to him when needed.

All volunteers must be "signed up" as disaster service workers but I have
been told that this can occur when you are accepted as a volunteer and you
show up at your assignment.
