Hi all,

Here is a more comprehensive user manual for W6GGF/R.  Perhaps one of you
creative folks might consider taking this info and encapsulating it into a
wallet size card.

Located 900 ft elevation on the east side of the valley.
7 watt transmitter; approximately 30 mile area coverage
Operating frequency: 147.825 -600 100 Hz. PL
Owned and operated by Garlic Valley Amateur radio Club
Supports emergency communication backup for south county
Words "NO AC" replaces courtesy beep when battery in use
Report "NO AC" or ANY repeater problem to a control op
Control Ops: N7FF, KE6SVX, KD6CJX, KA6AUR or AD6ID
---------------- Autopatch information ------------------
To dial a phone number or an autodial slot enter 75
75 followed by 7-digits dials that (408) telephone number
75 followed by 3-digits dials the autodial slot's number
Entering * terminates the call in progress
Unless extended, calls are limited to 4 minutes
Extend the time another 4 minutes by entering 77
Enter 911 to dial the 9-1-1 emergency number (No 75 used)

66  Turn off the input PL for next 15 minutes
    This allows those without PL to access the repeater
    Can be entered any time to get another 15 minutes
67  Turn on PL immediately
    This immediately cancels the effect of the 66 command
36  Record and play back next transmission
    To use this just key-up, enter 36 and un-key
    Then key-up and speak a few words and un-key
    The repeater should echo back what you said
    This will tell you how well you are getting heard
39  Get the repeater to announce the current time

81  Record public mail message (maximum of 9 total)
    Key-up & enter 81, then un-key & wait for prompt
    After prompt, Key-up & speak the "TO" name and un-key
    After prompt, Key-up & enter message and un-key
    After a time, Repeater will reply "message stored"
82  Check public mail boxes
    Key-up & enter 82, then un-key
    The repeater lists the "TO" names for each message
    The first "TO" name is considered 1, second 2, etc.
    Note the order of any message of interest.
83  Read nth public mail message
    Following 82, you hear up to 9 "TO" names given.
    To play the nth message listed, enter 83n
    For example, enter 834 to read the 4th mail message
84  Erase the public mail message just read
    After entering an 83n command and listening to the
    nth message, entering 84 will erase the nth message
    Messages after the nth now have new sequence numbers
85  Record private mail message (to an autodial slot)
    Key-up & enter 85 followed by a 3-digit autodial #
    Un-key and wait for the prompt to enter the message
    Key-up and enter the message and then un-key
    After a time, Repeater will reply "message stored"
86  Retrieve private mail (for an autodial slot)
    Key-up & enter 86 followed by a 3-digit autodial #
    Un-key and wait for all stored messages to be played
87  Delete all private mail (for autodial slot just read)
    Immediately after using command 86<nnn> and
    listening to all private mail for slot <nnn>
    key-up & enter 87 to erase all  mail just played
