HI folks,

I found out that CAKES in Aptos is going to be NEXT week..possibly at N6IJ.  
So Tony, VK2KYM/W6, visiting the Central Coast from LA and Downm Unda'  
won't be going to CAKES.  He will be at N6IJ though, sometime Saturday.  All 
are invited to say your G'day Mates to Tony, and to compare notes with a ham 
from Down Unda'  Let me know what your plans are....We have coffee and a 
Microwave inside, and a Weber BBQ that we could still use outside if we 
wanted to.

PS: we still have a seat for an adventurous ham who can help us install some 
VHF radios and antennas at a couple of remote medical clinics in Baja 
Mexico, at San Vicente, about 100 miles South of the Border
Leaving Monterey early Saturday, 23 Nov, and returning Late Wed Evening, or 
early Thanksgiving Day.  Driving down and back.  Accomodations provided, but 
you might bring a sleeping bag. We would especially love to have someone 
handy with a camera.
