 General Communications Emergency Rescinded (Jul 1,
2002) -- At the request of Arizona Section Manager
Clifford Hauser, KD6XH, effective today at 3 PM
Eastern Daylight Time (1900 UTC), the Federal
Communications Commission's declared communications
emergency will terminate. The declared communications
emergency was in support of relief efforts in Arizona.
Amateurs can resume using the frequencies 7265 kHz and
3990 kHz plus or minus 3 kHz. The Federal
Communications Commission wishes to thank everyone for
their cooperation and dedicated service. 

W1AW will resume its 3990 kHz phone bulletin,
transmitted daily at 0145Z, Monday evening.
