Russ gave you all good info that I was going to say. 

 

You can rotate your dial and keep it from returning to test the 32.  Use a short pencil or the like.

 

Here is what you need for gears:

 

60 WPM Speed gear 181417

Motor gear, the little one 181411

 

Paul Cembura at RTTY Electronics may have the gears you need.  If not I have 1 set here. 

 

You will need a vinyl print hammer to replace yours before you type much.  I can send you a couple if you give me your address.  No charge.

 

I attach a 32 Telex schematic.  Its unlikely you will need it if you use the 32 for RTTY.  Also a training manual for 32/33's separate email.
