Thanks for letting me know.  I don't know who is responsible for entering the info.  Doug did say that I might qualify to be listed. 
Regarding Operation Mincemeat,  I went to see it a cinema about 10 miles away from home.  I don't know if its the same in the US but in UK at the end of film,  everyone gets up and leaves but I sat there ever hopeful and sure enough it appeared almost the very end. When films are shown on television,  the credits are usually cut and some promotional stuff appears.
Maybe someone will add Operation Mincemeat to my list of credits!
