That tape perforator on the left I think is called a Teletype Model 14. Western Union used them
all the time back when their offices were open. WU called them 2A/2B. (if my memory serves me)

When I was in the USAF, I used the KWM2, Amplifier, and Console quite a bit. They were available
in suitcases making them easy to transport. I had a measuring tape dipole contraption manufactured 
by Collins I took along also. I only took the Collins equipment to operate ham radio, no USAF business
but the leaders didn't know that. LOL - I never had anyone question my use of CW on these and 
other Collins radio equipment. Occasionally I would operate SSB, one just had to be careful who
was listening in the same area I was in.

I was trained in Ground Radio repair but soon was transferred into a combat controller unit (TAC), and
followed the Army around all over which made it way easier to get away with operating as a ham.
