Hello  Fabiolah

You may find CuriousMarc's short video on the MITE to be of interest.
When you have it open, carefully look at the print hammer. Often the rubber type material has perished and requires replacement. There are 3 parts in this assembly, the hammer, a cylinder rod (1.6mm dia, 5mm length.) and the faceplate (5mm x 5mm x 1mm). Mine was missing the last 2 parts and I am in the middle of creating replacements. Also check the motor - I have seen 60Hz and 400Hz motors (for aircraft/ships). There should also be a set of spare gears to change baud rate.
All the best with your restoration.
