I purchased one of these units from John Hargett in NOS condition.

I shipped it with UPS from Florida to my home in Toronto.

For ECCN classification I used the EAR99 code, and for the harmonization code I used 8517.62.0090 

Came to Toronto thru the US border without any issues, and paid some minor tax for Canadian customs.

The whole process was very easy, no glitches.
