Yes, this was part of SYM-2007.

There were at least 7 of these sites built in NYS in the late 1950s. I have been in the Batavia (completely cleaned out) and the Newark site (still in operation). The standard HF communications was voice & RTTY with the TMC SBT-1K (1KW SSB) tx and GPR -92A & FFR rx, plus MSR-9 SSB converter.
