I am trying to tune my model 15/19 teletype governed motor to the correct speed. Just to make sure my measuring equipment isn't out of spec, would it be possible for an unadjusted teletype motor to go at 2,160 rpm? I am measuring it with a phototachometer and it just doesn't seem like an accurate reading.
