Since I don't know anything yet, please provide detailed assistance.

For the Teletype Model 15 that I have, how can I find information
about the polar relay, the pulling magnet, and the holding magnet?

Also, regarding the loop wiring, how can I determine if the wires are
connected to the printer and keyboard loops separately?
