That's great news! I was playing with my unit today, just watching the head move and buzz. Tried to move the head close enough to touch the paper and maybe see an outline, but that just tore the paper.
Can't wait until the ribbons are available and I can fully test.
Where did you find the ribbon you used? I want to source a few early so I'm prepared to assemble a ribbon when the 3D cases arrive.

Latest update - I got the "production" prototype from Xometry this afternoon.I installed an old ribbon out of a busted cartridge and have been running tests.
John will need to do a few tweaks for the volume run, but it is looking good!Photos at the bottom of this page
