When receiving on the UGC-136BX, I am seeing an interruption (CR) if the receive line is idle (at a mark)  for more than 9 seconds. The next received character after the idle is printed but preceded by two LF characters and "A.P." (The auto-print is set).

When receiving the text, the "rec unprt" light is on.

This is slightly annoying 8-)

e.g.

A.P.
THE QUICK BROWN FOX

A.P.
THE QUICK BROWN FOX

The manual (p3-5) says,
"If a message is received without an SOM or an unmatched SOM, the message is determined to be unformatted and assigned an MPN equal to 0.
...
If the AUTOPRINT/NORM/MASTER CLEAR switch is in the AUTOPRINT position, the received
messages are printed and then automatically deleted from memory."

I see no mention of the 9 second timeout though.

Is anyone else seeing this behavior?

Test....
   1. Send characters to the UGC-136BX
   2. Observe the text printed and the "rec unprt" illuminates
   3. mark continuously for 10 seconds - observe the "rec unprt" light extinguish and the carriage returns.
   4. Send more text - observe two LF chars, "A.P.", CR + LF printed and then the text.

cheers,
   Michael
