They transmit on 14.095 USB with the RTTY carrier at 1.5 KHz above that (14.096500) with the mark frequency 14.096585. They used to use 14.095 as the RTTY carrier freq - mark at 14.09585. They still don't do CRCRLF. I guess they are setting new standards.
