I would love to get one or more to any museum that has a space
for one. I think it would be great to have them where the public
can see more of the equipment used over the years. I did a tour
of the Collins facility in Cedar Rapids, wanted to leave with one
of everything they had, and it gave me more inspiration to get
some of the Collins gear i have back online, and maybe acquire a
couple when I can.
Any of the museum curators that would be interested, please let me know.
Thanks to all of yall showing the interest in these machines,
dont know if I could justify to the XYL a wall of these in the
garage, but it would be cool....

Congratulations to all involved, Especially John Hargett for taking the bull by the horns. It’s great to save these capable machines from the scrap heap. I’d really like to see one in operation. I’m still on the fence as to having space and time for one. It would be great to get one to a nearby museum so it would have a long term home.

Well we got them. I will make payment on them tonight and talk to our shipping logistics to get transportation set up to get them to me. Once I have that tied down will let everyone know what we are looking at on final cost per unit and then once they get to me , will do an inventory and quick check on condition of each and advise. Will reply to all those that have shown an interest via direct email to keep some of this of the list. Looking forward to getting my hands on one or 46..., nah just a couple will do.
