I’m Bringing my PRC-515, PRC-47 w/ mite.  Pedestrian mobile with the PRC-515 like last year, the PRC-47 will be new this year.  Running the PRC-47 on 24VDC solar/ battery power.  Will be up in the Mogollon rim, AZ

Does anyone bring heavy metal to field day, or am I the only idi...person? Weather here looking iffy so I have to sort something out quick; whether I want to lug the 28 I brought last year or something different. Its just...so heavy LOL. I'd also need to cover it up if it rains.
