Are you lucky and have a Mite with a 24 VDC motor or are you using an inverter to power it? What would be really cool too is powering the PRC-47 with the original silver-zinc battery rebuilt with 20AH or more of LiFePO4 batteries.

Does anyone bring heavy metal to field day, or am I the only idi...person? Weather here looking iffy so I have to sort something out quick; whether I want to lug the 28 I brought last year or something different. Its just...so heavy LOL. I'd also need to cover it up if it rains.
