I had more time today and I got the model 28 asr tape punch working.  I'm down to getting the tape reader to send on the line and getting the reperforator and printer to play nice together.   Apart they work, together the printer skips carrage returns and line feeds.  

      After that it's down to making it look nice and tricking it out.  I found my tape winder that I have to install still.
