Sorry. I got so wrapped up in line voltages, I forgot your other question.

The Heathkit HD 3030 must be connected to a computer running the

proper software to Decode CW. I was just looking at the manual and

I cannot find out whether the CW output is TTL or RS-232. Nick has

the manual on his site if you want to take a look.
