Hi all,

I've got a pair of WU Desk Fax units which uses the same conductive-surface paper. Anybody know if the Teldeltos paper, or equivalent, is available anywhere in the Desk Fax form factor?

Have had those machines for 35-40 years. Now that I'm retired I want to add that restoration project to my huge heap of big and small projects I'd tucked away during my working career. Several websites have a good amount of history and info on them.

Thanks for any info on the paper!

Regards,  Chris F.

GK,

I remember in the 80s I had a printer someone gave me that used
a silver metallic paper gray in color.
If I remember the printer head was just an electrode that burned the metallic layer
leaving a visible black mark.
Does anyone remember that? It might have been a Tandy printer???
