The Honeywell Space Suttle printer is a derivative of the Kleinschmidt 311 and AN/UGC-74 (as stated in the video). 

Kleinschmidt designed and produced 311. 

Kleinschmidt designed the AN/UGC-74 but did not win any production contracts. The beginning of the end of their teleprinter business. 

All military Kleinschmidt designs are owned by the US Army as they were developed under military contracts.
