Henning,

When I dial "00", and search subscribers for "awa", I get "no subscriber directory server available"

I tried to send a message to 19990  about the telex directory and just got a "bk" after dialing, and then the machine shut off.

Maybe the problem is in our network?  The ethernet led is blinking.

Thanks,

Duncan

Hello Duncam,

what do you mean with "down"?

i-Telex cannot be down in general as it does not work through a single server
or any single point of fail.

What problems do you have in pariticular? e.g. did you want to dial up to a certain number
and got bk?
