Thank you all for the answers. I'll keep my eyes open and perhaps put up a few wanted messages.

John - I've been able to get a lot of old oil/grease out and new stuff in. I've got the machine wired to echo to itself and I'm working on a PC interface based on a design found on aetherltd.com. I still have to figure out how to wire up the tape punch properly. I also unfortunately don't have a full set, just the teletype itself. I'm still looking to find a model 14 transmitter distributor to use with it. My next step after getting that all working is to find a terminal unit to be able to use with a radio - I'd love to be able to hop on HF with it.

With that said, if anyone here is in the southern Wisconsin area and looking to get rid of some gear, let me know! I'm hoping to find another Model 19 or Model 15 to use, as well as a Model 14 transmitter-distributor and a terminal unit to connect to a radio.

Thank you all for the responses and help,

Just so youre aware, you dont necessarily need another machine to run your 15. You can find a TU (terminal unit) and use ITTY or the other streams, and technically connect the TU to a voip connection to soneone else if you dont have a ham radio license.

I was hoping to find another similar model in the Wisconsin area that I could connect it with, but all the options I see are more expensive than I can bite at on a student budget. I’m curious how much would be considered fair to pay for a model 15/19/similar, and where I could look to find more available.
