I was originally thinking 15 or 19 but with non-original keycaps.  But the keyboard layout looks like it is original to the unit inside, so I began to second-guess. Bell key in the corner, individual punctuation keys, no legend for the figs characters on the letters and numbers, etc.

There’s a reperf switch hole and labelling that feels very Teletype-like, but it’s hard to say. A Frankenstein of a unit, possibly?
