Thanks to Joe - N9VMO I now know how to send submissions to GreenKeys.  For some reason it was confusing to me.  Anyway, I just wanted to close the loop, so to speak, on the Model 28 ASR that was posted here on 2024.05.07 by Joe.  I contacted Al - W8TRW and became the proud foster parent of a beautiful Model 28!  Ever since college, a very long time ago, I have wanted a 28.  Thanks to Al, my dream has come true.

Because the machine weighs about 350 lbs. fully loaded, my son and I had to remove all of the sub-assemblies, print unit, keyboard, etc. so we could get the machine out of Al's home and into my Prius Prime.  And there was a lot of additional equipment that came with it so the Prius was packed to the gills.  The trip home was uneventful and all of the equipment is now safely inside my condo.  I have not reassembled the 28 yet but will in the next week or two.

So, a Teletype Model 28 lives on and has found a loving home.  I want to thank Al for his help when my son and I invaded his space to pack everything up.  Al and I will be at the Hamvention® on Saturday, maybe we will see some of you there.
