Harold,

I have been bringing a couple Flesher 300s back to life. I have not checked every wire but ones I have checked on the DB 25-are identical to the DB-25 on a Heathkit HD 3030.

Even without a schematic they are easy to work on.

The use 2125 for mark at all shifts, 2295 for 170 space, etc.

The tone boards have 3 pots and are easy to align if someone has not glued them down. A razor blade will not touch it and a greenie will not scrape it off. I found a little mineral spirits applied with a q-tip will soften the glue just enough to break it loose by turning the pot.

Of course the  filter components drift and they should be re-aligned every year or two. the glued ones definitely needed touched up.

The molex connector on the back seems to be TTL outputs. I use the Polar output on the DB-25 to operate a 225A polar rely and use that to key a TTY loop. It works for me.

Next up  on my bench is  Flesher TU-470 which is supposed to be  Heatkit HD 3030 in disguise.
