I think it's a set for an ASR.  The nylon for the printer and the fiber for the TD.

Did anyone else do a screen grab and try to estimate the teeth on the nylon driven gear? (I agree - seems like a TD gear...) 
 
I drew some dividing lines and tried to count the teeth in two semi-circles - from 12:00 to 6:00 and from 9:00 to 3:00, and both of those semi-circle estimates were 48 teeth, i.e. 96 total. 
 
Problem is, I don't see 96 on the chart of driven gears for the M28 TD!  maybe I drew poor lines and I'm off by a count ... there are entries in teh manual for 94 and 98 teeth, but those are 75 and 67 WPM gears, respectively.

Looks like maybe 60wpm gears for a KSR and for a TD.
But you better check the part numbers...
