I am compelled to mention Tom Tillson, who spends tireless efforts on ITTY doing the same each and every day. It’s a different source/channel, but wanted to mention it.

If there is interest, I can put up an 850Hz shift channel as well. But seeing that there already is one, I’ve held off. I was looking at automatically feeding military content to a new military ITTY channel (like I do for the Europe channel where I feed European news from the BBC). I had things set up to automatically pull from from military.com only to learn there was way too much opinion/OpEd content in there for my taste. If anyone knows of another military source that is news and not opinion, I could do it. But again, since Tom N3CRK has the channel up, why duplicate efforts.

Hi Tom,
I am fairly new to Greenkeys after getting involved in the 850 Shift RATT Net for several years now. Compared to most on Greenkeys I am very uneducated in how it all works and want to thank you and others for your help in giving me an opportunity to try and learn.

Subject: [GreenKeys] Your "Thank You"

Harold,

Keeping four streams up is a lot of work for one person, especially at my age (78.)

I spend several hours a day collecting ten news stories and and adding them to both
news streams the next morning, then I delete the oldest ten.

An occasion "thank you"  is enough to make it seem all worthwhile.
