I didn't even notice the 15 in the pic! That said I DID notice the URA-17s there. Little info; the ham that was previously leading the charge with getting them on the air passed back in Sept 2022, so another gentleman is working on taking over the call (best sub call ever - N3SUB) and keeping the radios warm, but I haven't heard back from him since then which was a couple mos ago.

I noticed the URA-17s and immediately thought they would be a perfect ship to ship test once we get some clattering back into the NJ. They are literally across the river from the NJ, we can see each other, almost throw a rock and hit each other. Also the Becuna is right next to the Olympia (which has radios but not sure if they have any TTY gear, as that ship almost predates TTYs!)

I would have expected a boat with URA-17 and URC-32 radio equipment to have M28 or MITE gear aboard....
