Brought one in I just got recently, only had a minute to look it over and the little fingers you refer to on the right, i believe all but one 

Moved free. I think those levers might transfer the data buss to the punch but again I only looked at it for a minute.

How are these bars supposed to act? Since I can not move the far right (as seen from the front) bar forward, the printer can not fully cycle.

Also, see attached for a picture of the stop arm that is broken. I looked for a part number but no luck.

Seems like 1 step forward, about 5 steps back with this machine. Thanks for any help!
