Hello, the issue was that the vertical support for the horizontal portion of the code bars was bent.

Grasping firmly with a leatherman and unbending it fixed it. The hint was how the far left code bar did not meet its mate. This was due to the bend, which also left no room for the far right code bar to fully cycle.

A replacement cam stack is also on the way.

How are these bars supposed to act? Since I can not move the far right (as seen from the front) bar forward, the printer can not fully cycle.

Also, see attached for a picture of the stop arm that is broken. I looked for a part number but no luck.

Seems like 1 step forward, about 5 steps back with this machine. Thanks for any help!
