Hi,

Where in MN are you? We have an ASR-33 here in Duluth in a state of partial restoration and disassembly that we will eventually attach to our PDP-12 (https://umdpdp12.blogspot.com/). However, we are also in need of a local mentor. If you find one, let us know! And if you're nearby, feel free to come see ours -- and the PDP-12 -- maybe we can put our heads together, and swap retrocomputing stories.

Best,

Peter

I recently acquired a Teletype Model 33 ASR as an estate sale, hoping to restore this unit for use with my Altair 8800 (clone).  Is anyone reading this located in central Minnesota who could offer some guidance to a rookie or share their restoration do’s/don’ts?

Thanks,

Brendan
