Can’t help you on the power switch but the power connector is a Philmore 8464 2 pin ac/dc plug for old ranger,Royce,Robyn, midland CB’s.  The jack is a CBJ2B.  I picked up one couple of years ago from a fellow HAM that was clearing out his garage.  Had to recap the whole thing as several had leaked and came close to damaging the pcb.  Did have to replace the keyboard encoder ROM IC as the keyboard was inop.  Just have to chase down a little bounce on some of the keys.
