I just use Fldigi - I think you can even run two copies side by side if you want, one can be your daily driver and another could be with no config. I think.

One thing to keep in mind that I found out - the tones a PC can generate can be slightly off - probably not by much, but a little, so for example if you have your RTTY signal 850shift centered on 2000, it may be 1580 and 2420, something like that. (It shouldn't matter for most of what we do, but it -can-)
