I'm trying to set up a M28ASR and I need to find the rear terminal
strip connections for the printer, keyboard, tape reader and aux
reperf. The unit was from a civilian installation, but is referred
to as a "UGC-6" on the patch panel.
I've tried to find a basic connection diagram from the documentation
on Nick's site, but as Nick once said:
"Sometimes I think the Teletype publications group
was run like a super-secret govt project - each group wrote
about its own little piece, but no one knew how it all got
connected together.......except for the document package shipped
with each machine which was always discarded within two weeks."
Can someone just give me the rear panel terminal strip connections
for the i/o's to/from the cabinet?
I will be wiring everything on separate loops. When I switch from
"LINE" to "TEST", does everything get put into the one local loop?
Thanks,
Duncan
