You can use either USB or LSB.

I copied the PBB stations on the 8439/6357/4280 frequencies at 02:30 GMT in Virginia this evening.

For 8439.15, was tuned below posted frequency, to 8437 kHz, using USB. Mark was low tone.

Depending what frequencies your filters are set for, you will need to adjust your receiver frequency to align the Mark/Space frequencies with your filters.

Nothing interesting was broadcast. Just repeating;
