I spent a little time with mr google and found the following which came up with 197 links to various inks that they can provide based on your requirements.

Don't know where you can get it today.

Tom WB2TTY Tillson sent me the kit that included a bag of felts. The bag
of felts is not shown in the photos at https://w6iwi.org/rtty/15reinker/ ,
but one is shown in the photos.

Still trying to determine what ink to buy...
